Lily Collins has had to leave the project as a result of scheduling conflicts.

While it was recently reported that Lily Collins was given the lead in the upcoming remake Evil Dead, it’s now being reported that she’s had to drop out of the project as a result of scheduling conflicts.
Collins would have played the part of Mia, a drug addict who is heading to the cabin along with her friends in an effort to detox. This female role will replace the character of Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) in previous versions of the franchise.
With Collins out, who do you think should be cast as the female lead in Evil Dead??
