  • Mike’s “Assplosion” episode just went off of the “50 most recent” podcasts list and doesn’t show up on the iTunes link anymore so I say perfect timing with that bathroom horror story of yours, Rob.

    Have fun at NYCC!

  • You guys said 2012 was a weak year for movies…..are you high? I can make a case for 2012 being one of the best years in movies of all time. This year alone, you’ve had a movie with every major superhero besides Superman & the X-Men. Batman, Spider-man, Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America & Thor…..all in one year. It might not ever happen again. Throw in Judge Dredd & Ghost Rider for good measure. Oh, and if that weren’t enough….Hunger Games, The Hobbit, Men in Black 3, Cabin in the Woods, Prometheus, Looper & Skyfall. What other year are you gonna get a Lord of the Rings prequel, an Alien prequel and a Bond sequel? Comedies….you got Ted and 21 Jump Street, not to mention the upcoming This is 40. Pretty good year for Animated movies too….Brave, Ice Age, Madagascar, Hotel Transylvania, Frankenweenie, ParaNorman & the soon to come Rise of the Guardians & Wreck-It Ralph, which might prove to be the best of all of them. Honorable mention: John Carter (not as bad as everyone says), Wrath of the Titans, Snow White & the Huntsmen, Total Recall, Bourne Legacy & Expendables 2. All this and you still got Django Unchained & Red Dawn coming out. Holy Crap! There are more geek-centric movies coming out every year and I think this year has been the best yet.
