Netflix CEO Reed Hastings has announced that the service has "no plans" to offer video games for rental.

During a recent investor’s meeting, Netflix CEO Reed Hastings announced that the service has “no plans” to offer video games for rental. This was first mentioned as a possibility during the time when Netflix had an identity crisis and tried splitting the service in two… good riddance Qwikster.

Additionally, in regards to 3D movies, Blu-ray 3D discs are already being offered while the company is “looking into” streaming 3D.
