Paramount Pictures has released an announcement teaser for J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek Into Darkness. A longer teaser trailer is scheduled to arrive on December 17.
Opening in 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D theaters on May 17, the film stars John Cho, Bruce Greenwood, Simon Pegg, Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, Benedict Cumberbatch, Alice Eve and Peter Weller.
A Japanese version of the teaser features an extra 14 seconds of footage.
