To activate Big Head Mode in Batman: Arkham City, take out your cryptographic sequencer and hold L1 and R1. Rotate the left analog stick counterclockwise and at the same time rotate the right analog stick clockwise. Do this until Batman’s head becomes big. Catwoman and all the enemies will have a big head as well.
