Teaser posters were shown at Disney’s annual expo, “Disney 23”, for the long awaited sequel to the 2004 film The Incredibles. Posters were also shown teasing Toy Story 4 and Cars 3. The Toy Story 4 poster has the film listed for a ‘summer 2017’ release.

Also, a release date for Finding Dory, the sequel to Finding Nemo, has been announced for June 16, 2017.

Fans of The Incredibles movie will be happy to see the return of Brad Bird, the writer and director of the original film. Toy Story 4 apparently has a script in production centering on a love story between Woody and Bo Peep – and thus would likely take place before the events of Toy Story 3.

While fans of The Incredibles have been waiting more than a decade for a second film, many will attest that the Cars franchise has been the weaker of Pixar’s productions. As for Toy Story 4, Toy Story 3 gave much closure to the series so it will be interesting to see where this film is headed. What do you think? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

  • This satisfies me. I just hope they don’t mess up incredibles and I’m very interested to see what they’ll do for toy story.
