According to UGO, Jennifer Love Hewitt is gunning for the role of Wonder Woman in the upcoming live-action film.
She says, “I’m fighting so hard. I think Warner Bros. is getting ready to make Wonder Woman and I really want to play Wonder Woman. I am obsessed with Wonder Woman.”
So far, studio heads have been rumored to be scoping out Megan Fox, Eliza Dushku, Sandra Bullock and Beyonce Knowles for the role of the Amazonian warrior.
While Jennifer Love Hewitt would certainly make for an interesting casting of the part, I see her as too similar to Lynda Carter. Very feminine, but without the physicality required to properly portray the modern version of the character.
Who do you think should get the part?
Shoulda been Morena Baccarin, and woulda been if Joss Whedon was still on the project, but that ship sailed a few years ago.
I think her height is short so she will not fit for wonder woman role.
